Delivery is included in every number on this site. Nothing new appears at step four of checkout. No handling fee, no convenience fee, no surprise at the end.

02One of each thing, chosen

You will not find the same item listed nine times at nine prices by nine sellers. We pick one version we would put in our own home and sell that. Fewer decisions, and none of them about which listing to trust.

03If the wrong thing arrives, that is ours to fix

The wrong product being delivered is the second most common e-commerce complaint filed in India. If it happens here you deal with a person who can actually resolve it, not a form that closes itself.

04You can see where your order really is

Non-delivery is the single most filed complaint against Indian e-commerce. Every Zeva order has a page showing exactly what stage it is at. When we do not know yet, it says so instead of inventing a status.
